About the Service
The Service is a web-based driving theory practice application providing study materials, practice questions, and revision tools for UK driving theory test candidates. Access is provided on a 30-day, non-recurring basis.
Section 2
Eligibility
You must be aged 16 or over to use this Service. By purchasing access you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.
Section 3
Account Registration
- You must provide an accurate email address and create a secure password.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
- One account per person; you may not create multiple accounts to circumvent access restrictions.
Section 4
Access and Device Limit
Your purchase grants a single personal licence to access the Service for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. The following conditions apply:
- Access is strictly personal and non-transferable.
- You may access the Service on a maximum of 3 devices.
- Simultaneous use on more than 3 devices is not permitted.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we detect account sharing or misuse.
- We monitor device usage, session activity, and IP addresses to enforce these limits and detect fraud.
Section 5
Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Share your login credentials with any other person.
- Sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your access to a third party.
- Attempt to circumvent device limits, access controls, or security measures.
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Service without our written permission.
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable UK law.
Section 6
Payment and Pricing
- All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
- Your 30-day access period begins immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
- This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. You will not be charged again automatically.
Section 7
Refunds and Cancellation
As permitted under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (SI 2013/3134), by purchasing access you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the Service and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once access has been granted.
Once you have received your login credentials and accessed the Service, no refund will be issued except at our sole discretion in cases of technical failure attributable to us. If you experience a technical problem preventing access, contact us within 7 days of purchase.
Section 8
Intellectual Property
All content within the Service, including questions, images, text, and design, is owned by or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access this content for personal study purposes only during your 30-day access period. You must not reproduce, republish, copy, or distribute any content from the Service without prior written consent.
Section 9
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided for revision and practice purposes only. We do not guarantee that use of the Service will result in passing the official DVSA driving theory test. Content is updated regularly but we cannot guarantee it reflects the very latest DVSA materials at all times. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
Section 10
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current 30-day access period. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Section 11
Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without refund if you breach these Terms, particularly in cases of account sharing, fraud, or misuse. We will notify you by email where reasonably practicable.
Section 12
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Section 13
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active users by email of material changes.
